Agricultural land in Blato

Agricultural land in Blato, on the south side of the island of Korčula. The total area of the land is 15,500 m2. There are two buildings (stone houses) on the land, one of which is in good condition, while the other has collapsed and needs renovation. There are two water wells and 35 olive trees on the land. The access road is macadam. The price for the entire land is 200,000 euros.
